I offer short and long-term therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I work primarily from a psychodynamically informed perspective but adapt my therapeutic approach to meet the needs of the client. This means that I draw on various therapeutic schools of thought to inform the treatment I offer to each specific client. I also have extensive experienced with dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) and provide parental guidance.
